The fastest way to sell your software business
Union is a permanent home for your software business, founded by an engineer and entrepreneur who's been in your shoes.
Sell your businessWhy Union Exists
Selling a business can take months of effort that often doesn't end in a sale.
We ran into this problem at my former startup. We’d built a product users loved, and we needed a straightforward way to sell it to someone who would take care of our customers. Nothing like that existed.
I started Union to be the buyer we wanted.
We’ll make you an offer, or tell you we’re not interested, after you fill out a short form and answer some follow-up questions by email.
We look forward to hearing from you.
You could get paid in just a few days.
Talk to us
A short form and some follow-up questions over email are all we need to make a decision. If it’s a no, we’ll tell you right away.
Letter of intent
We’ll send you a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with our offer. We’ve never backed out of an acquisition after issuing an LOI.
Diligence
We dig a little deeper to verify the information you shared earlier in the process, like your financials.
Sign the deal
We’ll both sign our standard purchase agreement. You can check out the template agreement here.
Closing
We complete the payment and transfer. We might ask you for occasional help during the transition, but other than that, we’ll take over from there.
